Absolute have worked with Hilton Hotels for over 6 years. Our first project was to re design Hilton’s ageing worldwide internal intranet system and the success of that project has meant we have been briefed to complete a number of other high profile projects over the years.
Last year we were briefed to develop a completely bespoke online loyalty system for the 13 hotels that make up the Middle East region. Absolute developed a system that allowed a company hotel booker to register with Hilton Club Royal to receive loyalty points when they booked hotel rooms at any one of the participating hotels. Each room booking generated “Royales” that could be
spent by the booker with a number of key Hilton Partners across the region.
The system was not just about managing the company hotel bookers but also to allow Hilton to generate detailed reports of live activity via the website. They can generate reports on sales per day, per hotel and per booker and region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman and Saudi Arabia) as well as a number of other reports.
Absolute have now developed this product (Evolve) further and is available to other hotels and leisure groups.
