Bolton Council briefed Absolute to develop a marketing campaign to highlight the fact that carers come in all shapes and sizes.
Whether your supporting a partner, child, relative or friend, who may need support because of their age, frailty, physical disability mental illness, addiction or disability, Bolton Council wanted to
highlight that support was available to everybody whenever they needed it.
Absolute created the strap line – Who Cares? We Care to lead the campaign. This highly visible campaign was then rolled out across multiple channels in the borough.
