Absolute won a 4-way pitch against some of the biggest agencies in the world to develop an interactive CD-ROM for the Dubai Tourist Board.
The CD-ROM was used within a large-scale marketing strategy to help grow tourism in the exclusive Emirate. The CD-ROM was distributed via their 13 global tourism offices, as well as at over 30 exhibitions and trade shows.
The interactive CD-ROM was unique in the fact that Absolute
worked with over 40 Dubai based businesses from Hilton Hotels to Hertz Car Rental to develop mini sites within the main CD-ROM to their own brand guidelines.
The production included 6 films, highlighting the main areas of the CD-ROM including accommodation, things to do, shopping and Dubai Heritage. The video shoot took 3 weeks covering the whole of Dubai that was then edited down to produce a stunning insight in to the sun soaked holiday and business destination.
